Ammo is a cheat that can be obtained by playing Bomber Bear in Chang's house and getting a score over 50000 (PS2) or by revisiting Saving Claude (Dreamcast, PC).
The cheat will replenish all ammo when you pick up any type of ammo pack. Picking up weapons will not have the same effect.
