Amy is a scrapped baby that was originally going to be found in Compound Factions. She is one of Chang's daughters.
It is unknown how you would be able to rescue her. All that remains is a thread in the game code reading YOU'VE RESCUED AMY.

- Interestingly, another (or perhaps the same) Amy can be rescued in the VAB Building.
- In the coding, her name is directly next to Rose. It is possible these two were meant as a developer's reference to Amy Rose of the Sonic series.
