The Ancient Skull is an item obtainable in the Jungle of Despair. You need it to give to the Witch Doctor Beetle to (eventually) reclaim a firefox cub.
How to obtain[]
It is found on a structure in some underground ruins, which can be found by going through the lone temple on the island.
