Arm Wrestling is a mini game located in God Machine Valley which Bungalow can play. To initiate the game, speak to the Beaver Boss in the raised building.
You will need to tap a specific button repeatedly to push down the Beaver's hand enough to win. When you are successful, you will receive the Union Pass.
