The Cab Driver is an NPC found in Lower East Quack in New Quack City parked in front of the drawbridge.
The Cab Driver can't be interacted with if the drawbridge is still up, Once the drawbridge is lowered the door to his cab opens and a Dime is required to pay the taxi fare.The Cab Driver doesn't allow mammals into his cab meaning Tweek or Rico are the only ones who can enter.
Once paid the Cab Driver will give Tweek or Rico a ride across the drawbridge.
