Conchita is one of Rico's daughters, found in VLF Facility. She is atop an abandoned shuttle.
How to Rescue[]
In the swamp, switch to Rico and swim underwater. Find the shuttle and swim into it via the thrusters, and leap onto each of the chairs. Shoot the glass window and leap onto the stump just outside. Then move around and leap onto the top of the shuttle, where Conchita waits.
