Once you've climbed a certain ladder and made your way to the top, there will be a Tweek Telepoint. You can glide over to the other wall and grab 3 Gold Tokens on the way. Move around this new wall and there will be a ladder. Climb it, and Dweek awaits amidst several Brown Bears and a Crocodile.
