Jean-Luc is one of Juliette's sons. He can be found on a grassy ledge near the Hippy Beavers in God Machine Valley.
How to Rescue[]
To reach Jean-Luc, Juliette (or another Fur Fighter) must shoot the small gray rock on the ledge a few times, which in turn will become free and destroy the monument. Then climb onto the wreckage, and use the pipes as means of a transportation over to where Jean-Luc awaits.
