The Starter Handle is an item obtainable in Compound Factions. It is needed to insert behind the same type of truck in the next area to move a staircase under a building to reach a puppy.
How to obtain[]
You can steal this item from the back of a moving truck at the beginning of the area. Walk close and the Fur Fighter will automatically grab it.
How to use[]
At the end of the area there is a similar vehicle. Move to the back of it, and insert it at the back here to get the machine moving.
